How a memorial gets made
Four stages, in this order. Most of the delay in this industry happens at the first one, because a cemetery’s rules decide more than taste does.

Tell us the cemetery
Its rules decide more than taste does. Permitted sizes, whether upright stone is allowed at all, which foundation it requires, whether vases are permitted. We check this before we quote, so the quote is for something you can actually have.

Choose stone and shape
Granite color, dimensions, finish, and the shape of the top. Then any accents. We quote on what that cemetery permits, and we tell you when something you want is going to be a problem there.

Approve the engraving
You see a scaled drawing with the names, dates and any artwork exactly as they will be cut. Read it slowly and read it twice. Nothing is carved until you sign it, and nothing can be uncarved after.

Setting
The cemetery approves the order, the foundation is prepared, and we deliver and set the memorial ourselves. Most memorials sit on a granite foundation rather than poured concrete. A few cemeteries require concrete, and a few insist on setting the stone with their own crew, but both are uncommon and we will tell you which applies before you order.

Included in every memorial
Lettering, with no limit as long as the size permits. Artwork from the design book. Granite color selection from the stock colors. And a personalized sketch, so you see what the memorial will look like and approve every aspect before production.
Priced separately
Special art we draw for you. Porcelain photos. Laser etching. Vases. Shape carving and sculpting. Bronze hero medallions. Non-stock granite colors. Each of these is quoted as a line you can see and remove.
Who makes the stone
We are a dealer. The memorials we sell are produced by an established monument manufacturer with its own quarry relationships, design studio and finishing shops, and the photographs on this site are of their work.
We say this plainly because it matters to what you are buying. You get a manufacturer’s range and production capacity, and you get one person who knows your cemetery’s rules and reads your engraving proof before you do.
Where we work
Denver and the Front Range, Pueblo up to Fort Collins. Delivery and installation run out of Cheyenne, so the crew that sets your memorial works for the company that made it. We do not drop a stone at the gate and leave: delivery and installation come together, and the only exception is the rare cemetery that insists on setting it with its own crew.
Cemetery rules differ by state, by county and very often by the individual grounds, so we confirm yours in writing during quote review rather than assuming anything from the region.
